Concept Art Writing Prompt: Waking Up To The Apoca

Back in the day I won third place by doing an illustration for the Deviantart/Darksiders contest "The end of days" and today it gets popular again on the IO9 page on their secction about short stories inspired by different types of images and illustrations. Go check it out and write you own version of what is really happening in Waking Up to the Apocalypse!

I always liked all the original and funny comments that the illustration inspired on viewers, and from what I´ve read on IO9 page, the short stories are as funny and creative as the old comments were used to.
