And this is the last monster i´ll upload for a while. Mostly inspired by the awesome artist John Howe and the spiders that he has created for the Lord of the rings books. I think Ungoliath from the Silmarillion will be the most precise inspiration for this devilish arachnid.
I enjoy John Howe spider designs a lot because he makes them look more menacing than real spider actually look ( more spiky and pointy, sometimes covered with shell like skin ) and a detail that i absolutely love are the insinuation of skulls comming out of their bodies, something that i tried to take to a hole new level with this design.

This is how I see normal spiders xD
When people say "But you're bigger than them"- Yet they're faster and more agile and some have venom potent enough to mess you up in a single bite. I'm bigger than a grenade but does that make it less deadly?
