Here is an article published by the comic book resources site "Robot 6" about the book release and art exhibit that will take place this 12.02.2010 to raise money for Bill Mantlo, and that i´m very proud to say i´m going to make part of it with my Rom tribute piece wich you can now see on my gallery.
Robot 6 article: Floating World Comics in Portland, Ore. is hosting another art tribute/fundraiser for comics writer Bill Mantlo, who was paralyzed after a hit-and-run accident in 1992. The event, a “sequel” to the event they held in 2007, includes an art show that features various creators drawing ROM, Spaceknight, which Mantlo wrote back in the 1980s.
Participating creators this time around include Mike Allred, Jeffrey Brown, Michael DeForge, Tan Eng Huat, Ben Marra, Luke Ramsey, Jon Schnepp, Matt Timson, Raphael Grampa, David Velásquez and Nathan Fox among many others. You can check out some of the artwork over on the event’s blog. They’ll be selling digital prints of each piece at the show on Dec. 2, with plans to auction off the originals on eBay afterward. You can find more information on the Floating Worlds site.

Open for more commissions!
Hey Deviants, hows everything going? its been a while since I wrote one of these. I´ve been quite busy, doing storyboard work for a company called Books and Books, children illustrations for a collections of books that will see the light of that in the next couple of months and the occasional commissions here and there. Talking about commissions, I would like to do more of those and I have being asked lately to do quite a few, but I´ll definitely like to dedicate more of my time to do commissions ( hopefully it will be my full time job one day ) so guys, if you are interested in commission me just hit me up and we will talk about it. Here is a link to the previous ones that clients have asked me to do: https://www.deviantart.com/eldeivi/gallery/31919985/comissions Ok, that will be all for now and don´t forget to ask for those commissions! :D
The end of days...and Comissions?
Ok guys, its been a looooong time since I wrote my last journal around here. ( I think I write this same sentence all the time that I get in here anyway, hahaha ) but no seriously, despite the fact that I´ve been working in different companies, studios and editorials during all this time I just found really uninspired to get back here and post things. So now that we are all trapped in cuarantine like is the end of the world, I´ll start posting again around here. No just fanart but stuff that I´ve done for work and others things. COMMISSIONS!!! I´m free to work on some comissions, so if you would like some awesome renditions of your favourite character and wanna have some rocking visuals then hit me up in the notes section and let me note what would you like me to draw for you. In the mean time, stay safe, wash your hands and be prepared for an alien invasion, hahaha. See you all devs around, stay tunned for more awesome art!
Devious Journal Entry
What I´m up to on 2018???
Well, I finished doing 2D and 3D character concepts, cinematics and storyboards for an awesome video game ( soon to be released on Steam early this year ) called " Misadventures in Brawland, the Milkshake crisis" -->
And now I´m working on nothing less than 365 children tales, soon to be printed and released as various collectible volumes with augmented reality as a plus!
and I also runned with lots of luck this year getting tickets for the SanDiego comic-con, havent been there since 2010, so I´m really excited to go back and meet my favourite and new artists again.
That´s all for now, wha
Hey Devs, quick update!
Ok quick update guys, I´ve been working on 2 video games for a local studio called MoonTales. We are about to finish one of those video games and release it on Steam very soon. On the mean time, you can attend the SOFA event in Bogotá to try the demo and let us know what you guys think. Also, I´ve been involved in a comicbook proyect that I finished recently ( its only 22 pages, you can say its the pilot for a new series ) We will be submitting it with the client to different publishers to see if the idea is appealing enough to sustain a longer run. I´ll try showing you guys some sneak peeks of it and pages too.
